I’ve always been drawn to the kind of moments that make people pause and feel something they’ll remember forever. 

I started this company with a background in Human Resource Development and Business Administration from Texas A&M, and a belief that event planning could be more personal, more creative, and a lot more fun. 

Now, I get to work with people who care about the experience as much as the aesthetics. 

When I’m not designing or managing the next event, I’m probably chasing after my three boys, traveling somewhere new, or hunting down the best rooftop bar in whatever city I’m in.

I’m all about good people, good music, and celebrating life’s biggest moments. I love taking a blank space and turning it into something that feels personal, warm, and completely you. As a full-time celebration enthusiast, nothing brings me more joy than helping create moments people will never forget.

When I’m not coordinating + assisting, or capturing content, you’ll find me at a concert, cheering at a game, or spending time with family. Helping bring the “best day ever” to life is my favorite kind of work.

I’m a mama of two wild boys and I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart going on 11 years with forever to go. I love to travel, try all the foods, and I’m on a life-long quest for the best margarita. If I’m not working an event, chances are I’m in bed by nine, nose-deep in a new book or binge-watching reality TV.

I specialize in organizing chaos, and I thrive on details and checklists! There is true beauty in family and friends gathering together to celebrate no matter how big or small the occasion, and I love being a part of that. So let’s grab a margarita and get this party started!

I was born and raised in good ole San Angelo, Texas. I graduated from Christoval High School and went on to earn my Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from Texas Tech University—Wreck ’em! I recently married my sweet husband in March of 2025, and living out our own dream wedding has only deepened my love for this industry.

I’m passionate about bringing people’s visions to life and creating moments that feel magical, effortless, and unforgettable. I’m a go-with-the-flow kind of girl who thrives under pressure, and I believe every couple deserves a wedding that truly reflects their story. Turning dreams into reality isn’t just my job - it’s my joy!

I’m all about making things look and feel beautiful — from event spaces to everyday moments. I love to travel, try new foods, hyper fixate on new topics, bring creative visions to life, and scroll Pinterest for everyday inspiration! 

I love event days and the energy that fills the air when everything comes together! It’s so rewarding to help create moments that are special AND beautiful. I truly love it here!

Annette Osuna

Born in the 90s and raised on love stories, I’ve built a career around celebrating life’s most joyful moments. With a background in bridal styling, event design, luxury retail, and customer experience, I bring equal parts heart and hustle to everything I do.

In November 2024, I married my best friend in our favorite coffee shop. Our happily ever after includes our 11-year-old pit bull, who’s retired from everything except couch naps. Our favorite family pastime is eating pizza and drinkin’ margs on our couch — only we call it a “coffee table party.”
Whether I’m planning a party, styling a bride, or creating unforgettable moments, my approach is simple: make it beautiful, make it meaningful, and make it fun. I believe in the power of a good laugh, a great outfit, and a reason to celebrate (even if it’s just a Tuesday!)

When I’m not at Ruffini or working an event, I love to spend my time shopping, trying a new restaurant, reading, going on walks, or hanging out with my family! I also love traveling - I am nothing if not for an upcoming weekend trip planned! 

Pretty table scapes & wedding cake aside, my favorite part about working events is getting to witness people make lifelong memories with all their favorite people in the world. It’s the best feeling! I think there is so much worth celebrating in life, and it’s such an honor to be part of all of our clients sweet celebrations! CHEERS!

Howdy! I’m Maddie Richards & I bartend for London Crews Events! I’ve been bartending for about 4 years & have absolutely loved every bit of the job. My favorite things about it are the community, meeting new people, hearing different stories, & getting to put a drink in their hand that they love!

When I’m not working, I’m hanging out with my 3 awesome kids & my wonderful husband. I love being around my family, my girlfriends, taking long naps, hot girl walks, & shopping…just being a girl in general! If I had to compare myself to one drink, I’d say a coconut margarita with a tajin rim, mostly sweet, a lil outside of the norm, with a touch of spice! I’m thankful to be here & I’m looking forward to meeting you!

When she’s not helping bring unforgettable wedding days and events to life, you can usually find her catching up on reality TV or spending time with her favorite people — her family and friends.

Katie loves working in the events world because, as she says, “you get a front-row seat to people’s happiest moments.”Whether she’s crafting a perfect cocktail behind the bar or stepping in to support the event team, she brings a calm presence, a big heart, and the kind of attention to detail that makes guests feel taken care of From mixing drinks with a smile to celebrating right alongside our couples, Katie is the kind of teammate who makes every event feel warm, welcoming, and unforgettable.

Cassidy Southerly

Off the LCE clock, I’m usually still doing something creative. I’m a full-time wedding photographer and part-time jack of all trades. On any given day, you can find me learning a new skill, whether it’s quilting, developing film, or decompressing over a palette of watercolors. I’m fueled by good company, good lighting, and the kind of ideas that start with “what if we just…” and end with a masterpiece (or at least a funny story).

If London’s the visionary, I’m the one making the cocktails and assisting her “I want to do this, but I’m not sure how” ideas into reality. Catch me on the ladder hanging a giant disco ball, figuring out how to suspend 100 lanterns from the ceiling, and perfecting the signature cocktail recipe in between. Basically, I’m the “we’ll figure it out” department: equal parts problem-solver, creative brain, and chaos control. Anything to make a client’s dream day a reality, with some good booze.
